RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and the request is made within 3 days of delivery and the Item must be unused and in original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items which the company classifies as Limited drop items (unless defective), are non-refundable after purchase. Same applies to all discounted items.

Exchanges are only available for size issues (subject to stock), however defective items qualify for replacement

However, in the event that such disputes are not resolved after the dialogue, the parties shall refer the dispute to an arbitrator which shall be appointed by the company and the cost of the arbitration shall be borne by the party at fault after the arbitration award.
